RETURN & REFUND POLICY

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following policies.

1. CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we have a strict cancellation policy.

  • Timeframe: You may request to modify or cancel your order within 02 hours of placing it. After this period, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled.
  • Cancellation Fee: Please be informed that a management and transaction fee (20% of your total order value) will be applied to all cancellations.
  • How to Request: To cancel or modify your order, please send an email immediately to support@genzcorner.com with your order number and the requested changes.

2. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our policy is valid for 33 days from the date you receive your product. If 33 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer a return or exchange.

A. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products. We will replace an item at no charge or accept a return if there is a defect or an error on our part, including:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or has a printing error.
  • You received the wrong item (incorrect size, color, or design from what you ordered).

B. Conditions Not Eligible for Returns

Because all of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to user error, such as:

  • Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc.
  • You no longer want the item.

C. Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@genzcorner.com with your proof of purchase and evidence of the issue (see Section 4).
  2. Our team will review your claim. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address.
  3. Please note that you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Items must be returned with a receipt or proof of purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to our error. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please follow the process above.

3. REFUND POLICY

A. Cases Eligible for a Refund

We will issue a full refund in the following cases:

  1. Your order has not been successfully delivered from our end within 33 days of placing the order. (This does not apply if the shipper could not contact you for delivery).
  2. You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item that cannot be replaced.

B. Refund Process and Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

C. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. First, check your bank account again.
  2. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Then, contact your bank. There is often a processing time (3-5 business days) before a refund is posted.
  4. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@genzcorner.com.

4. EVIDENCE REQUIREMENTS FOR REPLACEMENTS

Submitting clear evidence is crucial for processing your request. Please provide all required photos.

  • For a Wrong Product Shipped:
    • A picture of the incorrect product you received.
    • A picture of the shipping label on the package.
  • For a Sizing Issue (Footwear Products):
    • A picture of the shipping label.
    • A photo of the size tag on the outsole of the shoe.
    • A photo showing the length of the insole measured with a ruler.

5. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are final and cannot be refunded.
  • Color Discrepancy: The color of the actual item may vary slightly from the advertised images due to lighting during the photo shoot or your monitor’s display. Please allow for a potential variance of up to 20%.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
